PDDG Chairperson. Acceptance will be received within one week
If cancellation and refund request is made before March 30th in writing delegates are entitled to a full refund less £100 administration costs charge. After this date the full fee will be payable. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the PDDG meeting, the conference officers and organisers are not liable whatsoever for any conference expenses for related travel or other expenses incurred by delegates before the cancellation date. By registering for the conference the delegate accepts the conditions given including payment and cancellation policy.
